What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address and the configuration you are interested in, together with the page address, the time of submission and campaign parameters (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid) that tell us which advertisement or link brought you here. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Sobha Kismatpur and, with your permission, related projects; to share your enquiry with the developer where required to process a booking; and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your data.

Your consent and choices

By ticking the consent box you authorise us to contact you even if your number is registered on the DND/NCPR list. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us when we contact you, or by submitting the enquiry form with “privacy request” in your name field, and you can ask us to delete your data. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
